  • Flocked dash?

Appreciate some advise from anyone who's encountered a flocked dash before. I'm looking at it as an option for a dash repair. I can physically repair a damaged dash in a car I'm looking at picking up but hiding it cosmetically is more difficult. One option I'm considering is flocking. However I've never personally seen a flocked dash so I'm wondering about maintenance and cleaning. It's not a smooth surface so can't just be dusted like a regular dash, or at least that's what I imagine.

So for anyone who's dealt with one, what's the regular upkeep like and is there anything else I should be aware of?
