  • Best 50/50 shot

What is your favourite/best 50/50 of interior and exterior?

    Interior:

Favourite exterior (Not the best/heaviest cut I have done but still it's a fav)

    Nice ^

As I have no interior shots, my two fav externals are:

Black RX8. Not the best photo TBH, but the swirls were so bad the difference was like night and day

and a Black MPS. Simpler, but much clearer

2nd photo looks like it has marks from a heavy compound? Did you do a finishing pass or is it just funny lighting?

Solid black is always a pain

Couple of mine, both exterior as I couldn't decide. I have only a few 50/50 interior shots (leather as well) but cant remember the cars or folder they would be in.

I like this one as the customer said to give the seats a shampoo anyway even though they aren't dirty. They couldn't believe what they saw.

Nah it was just some haze because it hadn't been finished down yet. Wasn't a particularly heavy compound. Mazda paint = quite soft

I will have to make an effort to do some 50/50's next full detail I do.

I never seem to feel like I have the time to do that when I start a job.

That was done with a Kerrick Sebrina cold water extraction machine.

The thing that you do, after your day job, in your free time, early in the morning or late at night. The thing you read about, write about, think about, fantasize about. that thing you do alone and theres no one to impress, nothing to prove, no money to be made, simply a passion to pursue. Thats it, thats your thing, thats your heart , your guide, Thats the thing you must, must do.

That first Subi shot reminds me of an inverse Two-Face for some reason
