Sadly I don't really have time to roast. Not to do it properly anyway.

Chris at Talk Coffee knows what I like anyway.

Same here, so little time for it to do it well. One day though

        What do you have now?

If you do buy something, buy 2nd hand for SURE. I bought my VBM for $2500 used for maybe like... 20 hours. Its RRP is like $4400 or something.

We have 2 Rocket espresso machines at work and have weekly deliveries of St Ali beans, needless to say we are spoilt rotten.

At home i use a Sunbeam Cafe Series EM6910 which i bought second hand in very good condition for $50, along with a recently purchased Cafe series grinder, home coffees aren't bad either. I usually buy some small bags of St Ali from our deliveries at work to have at home.

Breville BES 920 seems to leak out the bottom regularly
Also leaking from the portafilter 3 years old but makes gr8 coffee for a domestic unit

Have you tried replacing the group head seal?

One of my mates just bought a 2nd hand Linea Mini for $4k that had like... 50 shots through it... So god damn lucky.

                                My current brew

Running a really thick 19.5g in and 35g out in 28 seconds.

I was finding these marionette beans to be a bit on the underextracted side with a dose of around 21 in and 38-40g out which is what i normally run with the Single O Killer Bee

Really rate them though, def one of the best blends i've had in a while
